POLICY on RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?

  • Unfortunately do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
  • I do my utmost to ensure that your prints and originals are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
  • If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me and we'll work out a solution! You've got to have your art! 
  • Note all of my originals are insured upon shipping. If your painting is damaged you will receive a refund.

SHIPPING

  • I ship all packages via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. If you need your order sooner, please email me and I will share expedited options. 

TIMELINES

  • Art prints are made to order. Please allow for 7-10 business days before you can expect tracking. 
  • Oil paintings can take some time to package effectively. Please allow for 5-7 business days before you can expect tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
